At Underground Printing, we want you to love your custom gear; if your order contains defects in materials or workmanship, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return or exchange policy. Please note that because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors or design preferences.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal or email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Submit Documentation
Provide clear photographs of any printing defects or material damage to help our quality assurance team expedite your claim.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your items.
Processing Your Refund or Reprint
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or begin production on your replacement order immediately.
