Our standard production time is typically 5-7 business days from the date of artwork approval and payment, plus shipping time.
Can I order a single custom t-shirt or is there a minimum?
We offer no-minimum digital printing options for single items, while our screen printing services generally require a minimum of 12 pieces per design.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We also accept high-quality .PNG and .JPG files at 300 DPI.
What is your return policy for custom-printed apparel?
Since custom items are made specifically for you, we only accept returns if the product is defective or if there is a significant discrepancy from your approved proof.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large organizations?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing models where the price per garment decreases as your order quantity increases.
How should I care for my custom-printed garments?
To preserve the print quality, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang drying.
